At Gingham & Heels, we want you to love your new outfit, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and the items are unworn.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a store credit via email for you to find your next favorite look.
